...or Soph after a couple of emails. I'm a dreamer, a deep-thinker and a do-er. I've bounced around the world and landed in beautiful British Columbia, where I've called home for 6 years. I love juggling projects, helping people and bringing ideas to life, which is how I found my love for working with small business owners.
After 11 years in (very broad!) small-biz marketing roles, supporting entrepreneurs to elevate their brands, I'm bringing my Jill-of-all-trades experience to help business owners get a bit of their life back.
I've helped launch restaurants, coordinated events, developed products, designed posters, created brand kits, built websites, briefed photographers, assisted shoots, wrote articles, edited magazines, handled contractors, ordered stock, managed diaries, recruited staff, booked travel and even curated luxury vacation itineraries...it's been a wild ride! But I've learnt over the years that I'm happiest when I'm doing it all ("getting sh*t done!")

I love connecting with people, moving my body, being amongst nature and exploring the world (and it's food!). I've been told I have Golden Retriever energy, which is obviously a huge compliment! - it's my enthusiasm, sociability and zest for life that led me to create Juicy. When I'm not working on my latest project, you'll find me in a Pilates class, on trails or by the water with my people, winding down at the end of the day with my head in a good book.
